TRANSFER: Employee’s services are liable to be transferred by the company at its discretion to any of its department or office or project with-in Surat. There shall not be any detriment to his or her status of emoluments. He shall abide by such transfer.
Additional Petrol allowances will be provided to employee if necessary but work timings will remain same. Petrol Allowances will be two rupees per kilometer for that you have to maintain petrol log book.
DISCIPLINE: Employee who is involved in any kind of misconduct/misbehavior shall not be tolerated. Such employee shall be terminated immediately without notice or payment in lieu of notice. Any kind of loss to company due to employee’s Misconduct/misbehavior shall be recovered from him or her. Employee, who Is aware of others misconduct/misbehavior and not informing about it to Management, will be equally punished.
You are bound to be with company for 3 years from the date of joining. In case of breach your security cheque will be deposited in your account without prior intimation.
Employee will not engage in any Endeavour or activity which either conflicts or not with the interest of the company during his or her employment. During the tenure of his or her employment with the company employee will maintain total confidentiality to which he or she may have access directly or indirectly. Employee should not divulge any information or documents of confidential nature to any person either while in service or thereafter he or she should not divulge or disclose any information, transactions or affairs concerning to the company.
Employee, who wishes to quit the job has to inform 2 month in advance otherwise his/her salary and/or other payable amount for that month/time period will be withheld.
F&F process will take place after 60 days of leaving the organization. While processing this final amount HR department will make sure that there is no data or information in any form pending at employee’s end to be shared with his/her department.
In such case employee has to make sure that he/she hands over all the official document, electronic device or data to his/her immediate authorities. Employee has to make sure that he answers the calls of his superiors or any member from the Human Resources department whenever need arises. Failure in doing so will lead to non-process of final payment cheque.
Once clearance form is submitted to the HR department only then final settlement process will be initiated.
It is important for one to have certain amount of flexibility as an employee and Sangini Group acknowledges this fact, on the other side the company is very much concern about employee’s absence without prior permission.
To meet your personal, domestic and social necessities the Leave policy is designed for financial year - the period from 1st April to 31st March of a year.
Company declared holidays are the days on which company provides employees time away from work in order to celebrate certain days of national significance and remembrances based upon customs, history and local traditions common to the organization. These holidays are declared at the beginning of each calendar year. Total Company declared Holidays available is 10 days.

Casual leave is the leave given to the employees to meet their casual exigencies, refreshment and personal emergencies. Total 2 days of CL.s are available in each month, which are credited at the beginning of the month. CLs are credited on a pro-rata basis depending on the date of joining. Employee must take prior permission (before 48 hrs) from senior to avail benefit of paid casual leave and permission will be granted considering business needs and staffing requirement.
Unused CLs can be carried forwarded till the last month of the financial year. Unused CLs lapses at the end of the financial year and can-not be carry forwarded to next financial year. One can not avail CLs of forthcoming month in present month. Technical staff must plan CL in such a manner that at a time either engineer or supervisor must be at site to supervise the work. Sales person shall avoid taking CL on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (except company declared holidays).Others can have CL on Sunday.
Except sales department every employees can take leave on any 2 Sunday in month. While sales person can have leave on any 2 days between Monday to Friday in month.
These leaves will not be carried forwarded.
All employees must plan their leaves in such manner that at a time of particular’s leave, his reliever is available for work.
Sick leave is provided to all employees for periods of temporary absence due to illnesses or injuries. Total SL is 5 days in a year, which shall be credited at the beginning of the year. SL shall be credited on a pro-rata basis depending on the month of joining. Employee who is unable to report to work due to illness or injury should notify their senior before the scheduled start of their workday if possible.
To get sick leave, it is necessary to provide doctor certificate.
Employee, who wishes to take time off due to the death of an immediate family member, should notify their supervisor immediately. Up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave will be provided to employees. Bereavement leave will normally be granted unless there are unusual business needs or staffing requirement. Employee may, with his/her supervisor’s approval, use any available paid casual leave for additional time off as necessary.
Company defines "immediate family" as the employee's spouse, parent, child, sibling; the employee's spouse's parent, child, or sibling; the employee's child's spouse; grandparents or grandchildren.
Absence from duty without prior permission of concern in charge will lead to penalty of additional day (total 2 days of one day absence). The amount will be deducted from employee’s remuneration.
The company in case of exigency of work may recall on duty to any employee, who is on granted leave. He will be deemed to be on duty in case of cancellation of leave and may report to the place of posting at the earliest. Refusal to report for duty will be treated as absence from duty and shall also invite disciplinary action. During leave, employee is required to answer all calls from his/her supervisor or colleague.
Unless specified in appointment letter, the employee shall be on probation for 6 months from the date of joining, but if the management is not satisfied with your performance and conduct, your service shall be liable to terminate without notice at any time during the probationary period. This period of probation will be liable to any extension for any period not exceeding 9 months as the management may deemed fit, provided however, the probationary period will continue till you are confirmed in writing.
Company will retain 10% of your Salary for the six months, it will be reimbursement after completion of six month, and (If employee resigning or employer is terminating before completion of 06 month then retention amount is not refundable in any case).
Each site staff (Engineer, supervisor, store keeper) will get additional bonus after completion of work at particular site. Bonus will be given on the basis of joining date and individual’s performance at particular site.
It is understood and expected that when there is no work at work place/ premises, one should always think to upgrade their knowledge/ skills or finish with their work backlog. But in any of case playing games on mobile or any entraining activity won’t be allowed in office hours. If at all employee feeling work done and there is no pending work then one can take permission from their reporting authority and inform to HR-Department and can go home. This will be count as half day/ on basis of hours left in full day.
All Employees must be clear about one thing that, in office hours no one is allowed to visit any Tea Stall/ Pan-Masala Stall even if it’s nearby working site or away from site. One must be present in office premises only and focus has to be on working. If at all management found that anyone is not obeying given instruction and continue with such practices then management will terminate such employee on spot.
During office hours personal works are strictly prohibited. Any source of side Business is not entertained at Sangini. When at office or in official premises you are expected to work only for Sangini.
Keeping in mind how important is one’s health we make it sure that all our Employees have their medical insurance in place.
It is mandatory to have your medical insurance while applying at Sangini. If you don’t have medical insurance then company would provide you with one and deductions shall be made from your monthly salaries.
Note: In future any addition in this guideline will be applicable to me.
